Technical Support

Carr Tool offers technical support on-site at our customers' facilities directly, through distributors, or with integrated suppliers. Together, we work toward reducing customer down time and finding solutions to machining problems. Frequently, our service technicians find ways to help our customers work toward improving tool life, reducing down time, holding tighter tolerances, increasing unit and process cost savings, and reducing cost-per-piece.

Our Technical Support team is also available to perform on-site testing and evaluations of both our tools and tools made by other manufacturers for tooling accuracy and repeatability. This frequently yields value-added recommendations to alter cutting speeds, tool materials and coatings.
